You may have already seen this video as I think it made the rounds a year or so ago. But I watched it again today and was glad I did. It put some things I am going through right now in perspective. When you are down, get back up, even if it takes 100 tries.

Dear Diary

Today is only 4 hours old and its already been bad. I hate feeling like I have been thrown under the bus, especially by people I like. I hate when you trust people and then they turn around and make me lose trust in them. I hate when bad things happen to good people. It's just been a miserable day. So much so, that it has made me physically sick. I don't have anyone to tell right now, so I thought I would tell you.

Now I feel like Debbie Downer.
